Monthly Membership Meeting

The monthly membership meeting is held at 7:00 PM on the first Tuesday of each month at Grady's. Grady's is located at 327 E Nakoma St. Join us! Come early and order dinner. Each month we hold a raffle offering a Grand Prize (usually a Kit or ARF) and a number of other table prizes.

Executive Meeting

On the last tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm, the club officers meet in executive session at University Methodist Church, room 202, located at 5084 DeZavala Road. In addition to preparation of an agenda for the next general membership meeting, the newsletters are collated, folded, stamped, and addressed for mailing. Anyone wishing to present an agenda item for discussion, or who just gets a kick out of folding newsletters, is invited to attend this executive session.
